Andrew Daniels Bursary Award
The Directors of the Andrew Daniels Fish Foundation has elected to offer a $750.00 annual award. The purpose of the Award is to assist a student in financial need to take a post secondary program that will lead to the areas of science that will advance an understanding of the knowledge required to improve the water in our lakes and enhance the spawning areas of "game fish", most specifically brook trout, lake trout, rainbow trout, splake. That is, species that require clean, cold water to re-produce. Students graduating from any of the Muskoka high schools may apply after obtaining an application form from their Guidance department and upon completion of the form it must then be sent to the Foundation's Secretary/Treasurer, Jacquie Godard. The Directors will review all applications and may request the successful applicant to appear before the Committee of Directors.
